Tailored Aesthetics with Built-In Performance.
Working closely with the project architects and design team, we supplied porcelain tiles in a refined natural stone effect—chosen for their durability, subtle tonal variation, and essential slip resistance. All specified tiles met the required PTV+36 rating, providing safe underfoot conditions across public areas.
The finishes harmonised with the building’s palette of concrete, glass, and metal, delivering a calm yet contemporary visual identity. With low maintenance requirements and strong resistance to wear, the tiles were ideally suited to this high-traffic commercial environment.
Coordinated Supply for Core Interior Zones.
Trimline was brought on board to supply a curated tile specification for the reception and main lobby, lift lobbies on all floors, WCs and core amenity areas, as well as breakout zones and corridors.
Floor and wall formats were carefully selected to complement one another, ensuring design consistency throughout. Our involvement focused on supporting the design intent while delivering high-performance finishes that met the practical demands of each space.
