What types of adhesive do you stock?

We stock a wide range of Mapei, KeraKoll, and Python Adhesives, Grouts and Levelling Compounds.

Can I get samples?

We are happy to supply samples of the Dukkaboard, & Vulcaseal Products as well as Tile Trims and Movement Joints/Mattings from Schluter & Atrim.

What equipment do you hire?

We have a comprehensive hire fleet, of Tile Saws & Cutters and Polishers & Grinders. Call the Customer Service Team for more details.

What is your repair service?

We offer a machine repair service for your Tile Saws & Cutters. This can even be a machine purchased somewhere else.

Can you supply an item you don’t stock?

Yes, we are always offering this service. The Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

Payment & Delivery

Can we collect from you?

Yes. You can collect your order from our Warehouse. Please tell a member of the team when placing your order so they can mark it for collection.

Do you have a trade counter?

Yes. We have a trade counter at our Warehouse and Distribution address. Call in for helpful advice and to purchase!

What time do you open at?

Our opening hours are 7.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

What is your minimum order value?

Our minimum order value is £15.00. This doesn't apply to the Trade Counter.

What is the minimum order for free delivery?

The minimum order value for free next day delivery is £100.

What is your cut off time for next day delivery?

Our order cut of time for Next Day Delivery is 4pm.

Can you send direct to site & what’s the cost on this?

Yes we can offer a site delivery service to all sites in London. A Book In or Timed Delivery & Cab services will occur an extra cost - Please as the Customer Service Team for details on this.

I haven’t got an account, can I order and pay by card?

Yes, sure!

Can I return goods I no longer need - what is the procedure and is there a cost to return?

There is a return restocking charge of 20% of the original order value.

How do I place an order - email, fax, phone?

What is the main email address to send through orders?

The sales@trimlinegroup.com is constantly monitored by the Customer Service Team or email your account manager.

What bank cards do you take?

We take all debit and credit cards, except American Express.
